The person making this inquiry (the "Inquirer") submits this inquiry with the express understanding, terms, limitations, and conditions, set forth herein: that no attorney-client relationship is established or exists between Schiller Law Group, or any of its employees, shareholders, attorneys or otherwise (herein collectively called "Attorneys"), as a result of the inquiry being made or any response to it; that any response made to the inquiry does not constitute an opinion of Attorneys; that Attorneys have no liability of Attorneys to Inquirer or anyone else as a result of any response or lack of response made to this inquiry; that Inquirer is not receiving a bill as a result of this inquiry; and, that the Inquirer will not publish, in whole or in part, the response provided. Inquirer consents (without referencing the name or identity of Inquirer) to include the inquiry and response in subsequent publications of frequently asked questions that Attorneys may publish in the event that Attorneys believe the inquiry is of sufficient merit to be of interest to the accounting profession. This inquiry and its response are provided in Contra Costa County, California, and the terms of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, including the provisions of conflict of laws of that state.
The inquirer represents that he/she has no knowledge or belief that the matter subject to the inquiry pertains to any person or persons who are clients of Schiller Law Group.
