Paul is an attorney practicing in the area of estate planning. He received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and then received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis. Paul completed his Master of Law (LL.M) in Taxation at the University of Washington. Paul has been admitted to the State Bars of Washington (inactive) and California.
Paul is on the Planned Giving Committee of the East Bay Regional Parks Foundation. Paul is also on the Board of Directors for Un Mundo, a nonprofit international organization promoting dignity, community, and self-sufficiency for marginalized Honduran communities.
